Application:
Lightly moisten an eyebrow brush with water and use the spoolie to gently moisten brow soap to record. The brow soap should only be slightly damp and never wet. Then brush the eyebrows down or to the side with the wax-like texture first so that all the brow hairs are coated to the root. Wait about 5-15 seconds and then bring the eyebrow hairs into the desired shape. The pressure you apply will determine whether you get a natural or laminated brow look.
