That depends on the purchase value and the country to which it is to be shipped. For Germany-wide deliveries from an order value of €25, there are no shipping costs. For orders under 25 euros we charge 6.90 euros shipping costs.

Yes. After receiving the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. To do this, you must submit your cancellation to us in writing by post or email (hello@pippamint.de). As soon as you have sent the undamaged products to us, you will get your money back. The buyer bears the cost of sending the goods.

A shipping time of 1-3 days can be expected throughout Germany. Shipping to other countries takes longer.

We offer a professional discount for professional users of our products (trained make-up artists and beauticians). Please create a customer account and then contact hello@pippamint.de with your full name and current proof of your work as a make-up artist or beautician (business license etc.).
