Will there be shipping costs for my purchase?

That depends on the purchase value and the country to which the goods will be shipped.

There are no shipping costs for deliveries throughout Germany if you buy products worth 20 euros or more. Below that shipping costs are 4.90 euros.

We charge 12.90 euros for shipping to most European countries; these do not apply from an order value of 90 euros.

Can I exchange products that I have bought?

Yes. After receiving the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. To do this, you have to submit your revocation to us in writing by post or by email (info@pippamint.de). As soon as you have sent the undamaged products to us, you will get the money back. The buyer bears the costs for sending in the goods.

I haven't received a confirmation email for my purchase, what should I do?

Please check your spam folder first to see if the confirmation email has landed there. If you cannot find an email from us there, please write us an email with your full name to info@pippamint.de - we will then help you immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A delivery time of 2-3 days can be expected throughout Germany. Shipping to other countries may take longer.

As a trained make-up artist, do I get a discount?

For professional users of our products (trained make-up artists and beauticians) we offer a professional discount. Please set up a customer account and then contact info@pippamint.de with your full name and current evidence of your work as a make-up artist or beautician (trade license, etc.).

How come my friend can use her mask 3 times and I can only use it 2 times?

the mask is equipped with the innovative Biomimetic Delivery System, which infuses exactly as many active ingredients into the skin as the skin needs.
